Confronting Stress
It is
important to recognize that it is not stress that does people in. It’s
all about how we react to the stress. Since we all encounter stress
throughout our lifetime, it is necessary for us to learn how best to
cope. This process is a major part of growing up, with emphasis on the
word growth. Growth means becoming stronger and bigger and more
competent, and it is an integral part of life. One of the fastest ways
to encourage growth is to face your fears—avoidance only reaffirms our
weakness. When we avoid our fears, we avoid growth.
The
first step in relieving stress is to identify that we have stress, that
something may be causing you to feel the way you do.
Second,
Learn everything you can about your condition and its' causes.
Third,
identify a method of stress management. This can include things such as:

Finding
a good book and learning ways you can cope. Remember, you must use any
exercises you find in a book or online consistently in order to begin
seeing results. You may not find full stress relief over night.

Taking
an all natural stress relief formula or speaking with a doctor about a
prescription that might help. However, we don't recommend the latter of
the two as a first response.

Talking
to others with that also have stress (therapy group). Maybe they can
give you some pointers on what helps them.
